It was a nice set of rooms, nothing overly fancy. A bed, and a few other pieces of furniture such as desk and chair, and a small chest for any spare clothes that were not associated to being a rider. K'roi didn't really have anything from his home before he became rider of Gareth. He did tend to keep in touch with his family, but He'd not visited since he'd left. A few extra blankets were around, mainly for his two whersports and flitt, though Sakki tended to sleep on his pillow, her tail wrapped about him in some way.
K'roi now flopped down onto his bed, releasing a sigh as Sakki chittered at his sudden disturbance of her rest atop his pillow. ~You worry too much.~ Gareth sent, along with an array of cool blues. ~No, I don't really.~ His rider sent back. ~How exactly am I to work through this?~ ~I'm sure you'll manage.~ The bronze's wry thoughts were pierced with light greens now. "Hah..." K'roi said aloud, rubbing the underside of Sakki's blue chin. Fei, his gold whersport, woke up from where she dozed in the corner with Sythe, the smaller brown whersport, and clumsily fluttered over to recieve some of his attention and carresses in that rather demanding way she had. Not as efficient a flyer yet, she would need a bit more time before she could zip about quite like the smaller Sakki.

A bronze Weyrsport peeked his head into the room, and with a small chirp, dashed into it 'pon seeing the queen. 'NO! Blaze! Not there!' Ruvna reached the entrance and made a wild grab for Blaze. Missing, she looked up, and on seeing K'roi there, looked away, but muttered: 'I always keep my word.' Indeed you do. K'roi knows that. 'You know his name?' She asked, suprised that she forgot to send the message privatly. Why shouldn't I? Fannith sounded smugly. Unless you would prefer me not to know it. Ruvna sighed and walked over to Blaze. 'Listen K'roi, I'm really sorry about that....'

A grin spread across the red haired rider's face, and he sat up, Sakki slinking up his arm to lay across his shoulders. Fei eyed the bronze whersport from just beside him, eyes whirling. "It's no trouble, really. If he endeavored to bring you here all the sooner for a chat, then I thank him." K'roi said, and felt Gareth's chuckle more than heard it. ~You're doing it again.~ The bronze sent, but his rider ignored him.

Apparently Neou knew not the full powers of Tual's sharp nose and keen sight. While she had managed to get her other two whersports, her firelizard, her two syhpirs, and her dragon to go into the Weyrling Barracks and fall asleep, the bronze whersport would not. It seemed he alone of his companions was awake, and ready to go. Having seen the other bronze earlier, and finding that he deserved a challenge from such a wonderful whersport such as he, Tual was more then ready to fight for the Queen. Of course, it would not be much fighting for he was still young yet, and not all his male instincts had kicked in. Still, he had already shown himself to be a strong, imperious creature who liked having things done his way, to his fancy. Looking up to the weyr, he let out a small noise of challenge, somewhat like a bugle yet not at all. Neou shook her head, tempted to hit it against the stone wall. Rushing after the bronze, she managed to call out, "Tual is coming!" before he ran into the weyr, making small noises of truimph. After all, he was showing at a very early age indeed what a strong bronze he was.

Yuoki (Changing his name... ) stopped, feeling the other Bronze come near. He was ready, though he was also young, he was ment to fight for the Queen. Ruvna smiled. 'I honestly don't know if he did, Fannith won't say anything about Yuoki. I want to know how he knew a Queen was here.' She smiled at K'roi, again. Your talking nonsence...again. Oh am I? And what do you have to say for yourself? That I approve. The tone was smug, as if she knew perfectly well how they got there.

Suddenly Neou came up, panting heavily. "Shards and scorch it! Tual!" The bronze turned his head once, then looked back to the bronze, his contender. Hearing the Junior Weyrwoman's last words, the Weyrharper and Queenrider shrugged once. "They seem to know. All the rest of my herd were asleep, save Tual. He would not go to sleep. I think they can smell the Queen or something. All I know is that suddenly he felt a great urge to challenge your bronze. I doubt they could hurt each other though, as their claws and teeth are still soft, and their wings are almost useless. They can fly, a bit, but only about a few feet off the ground." Neou then realized that perhaps she had interrputed something. Azure and russet eyes sparkling in concern, she stepped backwards hastily. "Oh, I hope I did not interrupt!" She knew flirting when she saw it, and though she had not felt love in a while, it almost hung in the air. Or rather, the possibility. Of course, Neou herself had not wanted anything of love since her last lover had been killed, but it often came upon people in strange ways. Now you are being stupid. All three of you. You do get stupid around some humans, I think.

Ruvna looked up, a red tinge appering in her cheeks. She waved her hand though, inviting the Goldrider in. 'Nonsence, we were just talking. Perhaps they do.'
Stupid? Me? Nonsence, I was just trying to help you know. It isn't everyday I can relax without her fawning over me.

}Stupid? Myself? Elenath, do be quiet. Oh, the Junior Weyrwoman is blushing. Well, she is excellent taste. I rather like this bronze rider, but I have about a snowballs chance with him. Which is not much, before you ask me. And were you not sleeping before?{ Before, but not now. He was the one who gave Tual his name, correct? I forgot what he is called, or his dragons name. He was nice to you though. His eyes were like yours. That made you happy, I think. }It did. It made me very happy indeed. I received much teasing for these eyes love, and I was quite pleased to see another who shares either the same blessing or the same curse as me.{ Grinning, Neou offered a hand to the Weyrwoman. Her grin was slightly lopsided, another imperfection that somehow gave her face more personality then all the beauties in Pern combined. "Neou, rider of golden Elenath, Impressed from this clutch. I am assuming that you are the rider of silver Finnath?"

Watching this quick exchange, K'roi stood, pushing himself off of his bed. A grin came to his lips, courtesy of both the faint blush he saw in Ruvna's cheeks due to the younger goldrider's implications, and the rather bespoiled antics of the bronzes. The little gold slid off of the bed, eyes swirling with bright greens and just a touch of yellow as she watched the two bronzes with avid interest. Sythe chose this time to awake, and upon finding two unknown whersports in his room with his golden Fei, he hissed, baring fangs that were as of yet still quite small. Fluttering wings barely large enough to get him airborn, the little brown creature positioned himself between the gold and the two bronzes, eye swirling with a variety of reds.
~He intends to take them both on at once.~ Gareth sent, amusement coloring his voice.

'Yes, you would be correct.' She shook hands, but then turned at the hiss. Savvna fluttered in, scolding Youki for his actions before curling around Ruvna's neck.
Youki just stared at the brown and screached madly. He wasn't going to take the Queen away, yet. Smaller though than most bronzes, he was quick and smart, though what good that would to him, he didn't know.
Savvna wants to know when she'll get fought over. I told her it was highly unlikey. She isn't a Queen. Savvna gave a small squack of dispair as she buried her face in Ruvna's hair.

Giving a short screetch like bark in return, Sythe's tailtip twitched furiously at his agitation. Fei looked to the brown with an imperious air, but he seemed to be ignoring her stare.
K'roi shook his head with a grin. "He's acted that way since he was born; like he owned her." He said with a chuckle, turning mismatched eyes to both queenriders. "They'll probably fight it out forever now." He added.
~That is certainly the last thing we need around here. More female agitated males.~ ~Much like yourself, right?~ The bronze sent a silent huff of annoyance back, and his rider laughed aloud. Sakki fluttered her little blue wings from where she was draped over his shoulders, highly annoyed with all of the noises the whersports were making now.

Youki seemed to have gained control overhimself and walked next to Fei and crooned gently, as if saying that he woudn't hurt anyone, if he didn't have too.
Ruvna smiled gently as Toffee, being the most senceable of her fair, landed on the bed, watching with one eye open.
Gareth isn't an agitated male, is he? Asked Fannith, worry flooding her tone. 'Do dear, he isn't.' Good.

"Tual has been like that too. I doubt he would give up a Queen so easily, but there will be others, no doubt both from your Queen, and from that wild one, if we have not scared her off the sight for good." Neou grinned slightly, though she carefully analyzed all exchanges between the bronzerider and silverrider, as well as what she said herself. "You know," and Neou's tone was light, "I have never met one with the same eye, orginality as I will put it, as my self." Gesturing to her own eyes, mismatched in blue and brown, Neou nodded as she watched her bronze hiss and puff his small chest out. He was a rather proud creature, no doubt possessive of what he considered to be his Queen. Neou was at once glad that the rest of her creatures were not here, as they tended to make conversation impossible, and were rather embarrassing. They also made Neou feel young, which was virtually uknown to her. That much was evident in her eyes, in her very bearing.

Fei gave both Tual and Youki a weighted amount of attention, now crooning softly at both of them since they had calmed down. Sythe still bristled, but the little brown eventually calmed a bit as well, sitting on his haunches, swirling eyes begining to cool now to include more green. He tiled his head slightly to the side much like a feline would in a similar situation, fangs still half bared in simple warning.
K'roi turned to the younger goldrider. Her eyes had indeed caught his attention when they'd first met, an unusual thing to find in anyone, much less a fellow rider. "Neither have I." The red head answered, his own mismatched blue and green eyes angled to her. "Though its comforting to know that its not completly unheard of elsewhere." He added with a grin. Chirping softly in his ear, Sakki curled up further, dark blue tail loosly wrapping about his throat to act as her stabilizer. He raised a hand to gently rub her small head, and she chirped again.

"It is. I think my father would be rather angry to find that a dragonrider, much less a bronzerider, would have eyes similar to mine. He viewed it as an imperfection, and thus, I was disowned. He could have no children with imperfections. All had to be perfect, and he was lucky enough to have three sons, as well as his wife, my mother I suppose, fostering three other young men." Neou's tone was somewhat bitter, but she calmed herself. Tual made a gentle crooning noise deep in his throat, growing tired. After all, he was newly Hatched, and that meant that perhaps this flirty attitude would soon wear off. Sometimes dragons were like this right after Hatching, then they lost interest in dragons of the opposite gender for quite some time. "I noticed your eyes too, if you do not mind me saying so. I was happy, to say the least, that at least I would experience no persecution here." Nodding sagely once, Neou watched Tual with one corner of her mouth turned upwards.
