Name: Ty Solen
Age: 17 turns
Gender: Male
Position: Rider
Dragon's Color: Black
Dragon's Name: Lunarei
Character's Looks: Though somewhat tall and lean, Ty seems to have an ability to remain unnoticed, even in large crowds, due to a quiet and slightly subdued nature. He most likey dyed his hair the unnatural navy blue it affects now, normally kept hanging in his eyes with some pulled into a low ponytail in the back. The eyes he normally chooses to cover with a downward glance are a grey-blue, normally clouded over with a vague faraway look.
Character's Personality: Oftentimes seen merley sitting beside Lunarei outside, or at the highest point of whatever weyr he's stopped at this time. He doesn't seem to show emotions easily, always keeping the inner machinations of his mind hidded behind cloudy eyes. There is an air about him, like the sadness felt amonst tombstones, all quiet but teeming with silent wails of the dead.
Character's History: Ty say's he was orphaned while his parents and him, not but three or four, were out in an unexpected threadfall somewhere near a small northern hold. He dosen't remember who raised him or where, but he does know he's been wandering from place to place since turned ten. Ty never learned to write properly, and can only manage basic letters aside from his name, but he understands the very fickle mother nature very well, seeing as reading the weather wrongly can add a few more threadscores or a lot worse.
RP Sample: Ty glanced out over the sands of the hatching grounds, not showing discomfort at the hot sands nor acting like many of the other canidates shuffling around or joking nervously. He wasn't there to speak with anyone, he was there for a dragon. Many years of travels didn't show in his face or his movement, fluid and all too silent, as he stepped around the others to get a look at the eggs, already eyeing the dark-ish one in the back. Dragons began to hatch and impress, paying no mind to boy apart, yet nothing moved in the egg he watched. Before the sands were hall-clear of canidates a black shook free of it's shelled prison and looked into the cloudy grey eyes, calling in a clear mindvoice,[glow=black,1,300] Ty, come to your Lunarei. The path does not wait.[/glow]
